Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
- These terms and conditions apply to all contracts entered between Junior champs and its customers.
- At the time you make a Booking, you will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms and conditions. They will commence on the date of your Booking.
Booking
- All bookings must be made using the booking form on the Website unless otherwise agreed between the Parties.
- When you make a purchase, Junior champs will occasionally contact customers with onboarding instructions and details about the service you have signed up to. You have the right to unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time. All data is handled in accordance with privacy policy.
- Following receipt of your Booking, Junior Champs will send you a Booking confirmation Email. Please ensure that your email address is supplied correctly at the time of Your Booking otherwise Junior champs will be unable to send the Booking Email and Your child(ren)s place on Your chosen session may not be guaranteed.
- Upon receipt of the Booking Email, you must check this carefully to ensure the information contained within it (such as the dates and your child(ren)s details are correct). If any information contained within the Booking Confirmation is incorrect You must inform Junior champs so changes can be made
- If You do not advise of any inaccuracies, Junior champs shall assume that the information contained within the Booking Email is correct.
- If You have not received your Booking Email from Junior Champs within 48 hours of making your booking please contact Junior champs on the contact details.
Payments
- The amount to be paid by you will be detailed at the time of Booking.
- Junior champs accept payment via credit card and debit card.
- If Junior champs agrees a payment plan with you, you must adhere to the terms of that plan. If you do not than Junior champs reserves the right to cancel your Booking immediately and any bookings in the future.
Changes to your booking
- Changes to Your Booking can be made up to the day that your booking commences.
- Any requested changes are subject to availability and Junior champ’s acceptance.
- If You wish to make any changes to your booking, you must do so via text or email. Junior champs contact details can be found on the Website. Please note that leaving a telephone message or voicemail or sending an email will not mean that your Booking has been changed. Any changes will only be accepted and made once You have spoken to a representative of Junior champs on the telephone or email and they have confirmed the amendment.
- Junior champs reserves the right to modify an activity at our holiday clubs due to adverse weather conditions, low attendance, or other unforeseen circumstances on the day. If any such changes are made by Junior champs this will not automatically give rise to any entitlement to a refund.
Cancellations and Refunds
- It is not Junior champs policy to issue cash refunds for cancellations.
- However, sessions cancelled can be transferred to a different day or a credit note can be issued.
- Holiday Club Cancellations (including child sickness): We require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation before the day your child is due to attend to issue a 100% credit note.
- If you cancel your sessions without giving us at least 24 hours’ notice before the day your child is due to attend, you will not receive any credit.
soccor Saturday cancellations: A credit note will be issued for any subsequent sessions which are missed due to the child sickness/injury.
